1. Delivery time

After payment is made the taxi will be ordered for you

2. Confirmation

When payment is completed you will get a confirmation connected with you order number.

3. Payment options Card payment

We accept right now VISA and Mastercard. When the order is created the amount is reserved on the card och when the order is completed the amount will be charged. Credit card information is handled by our payment service provider DIBS DebiTech to guarantee a quick and safe payment. This is how it works:
- Select card as payment method. You will be directed to DIBS-DebiTechs safe payment server
- Select type of credit card, type card number and valid until date
- A validation of card details and a check that sufficient funds are available will be made
- Same day as the order is made the money is send through DIBS-DebiTech to us

4. Withdrawal / Refund policy

An order through Taxijakt is binding and when you have taken the ride the purchase can not be cancelled. Though, you can cancel the ride and get full refund until a driver has accepted the ride. If you think you have been wronly charged please contact Helpdesk at taxijakt.se/helpdesk

5. Security

Our payment service provider DIBS uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer), a protocol for secure transfer of data over Internet (or other networks). SSL is industry standard and has been developed by Netscape Communications. SSL-protocol handles data in different ways and encrypts the information. Encrypted data is not readable by external parts. When data is received by the receiver the SSL returns the data in the original order, makes a validation so the sender is correct (Server Authentication) and checks that the data has not been changed during the transfer (Message Integrity). SSL uses digital certificates to verify sender and receiver of data transfers.
- All SSL certificates to Internet handles by companies that are certificate issuers. This gives that all SSL certificates are unique and correct issued. All who apply for SSL certificates must verify their own or the organisation’s identity to be able to buy a SSL certificate.
- For customers to be able to use SSL their web browser needs to support SSL which most of them do. SSL can also not be deactivated in the browser.

Taxijakt will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, exemplary or consequential damages, including losses of any data, personal damages or injuries or any other damages. In any case of any personal injury, responsibilities and costs are regulated by the Swedish Health Care Act (1982: 763) (Hälso- och sjukvårdslag (1982:763)).
