Welcome to TaxiJakt. By using our services and booking transportation through our platform, you agree to the following terms. Please read these terms carefully before using our services.
By using taxijakt.se, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. You agree to use our services in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Misuse of the services, including but not limited to unauthorized access, false bookings, or disruptive behavior, may result in suspension from the service.
When you book transportation through TaxiJakt, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. We reserve the right to cancel or modify your booking if we suspect inaccuracies or fraud. TaxiJakt acts as an intermediary between you and the transporter, and we are not responsible for any problems that may arise during your trip.
All prices displayed on TaxiJakt are stated in SEK and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated. Payment is made through the payment methods indicated on the website. You agree to pay for all booked services according to the prices applicable at the time of your booking. In case of non-payment, your booking may be cancelled.
The terms for cancellation and refund vary depending on the transporter and booking type:

50% refund
No refund
For cancellations of direct rides after the booking has been confirmed (after 2 minutes), a cancellation fee of 80 SEK applies.
Check the terms at your booking to get accurate information about cancellation policies. Note that some bookings may be non-refundable.
TaxiJakt strives to provide a safe and reliable service, but we do not guarantee that all trips will be completed without interruption, delays, or problems. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the booked service. We are not responsible for indirect, unforeseen, or consequential damages.

While we strive to provide continuous service, we do not guarantee that our website or booking system will be available at all times without interruption. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance or other reasons.
